By accessing and using Tina's Swim Camp services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Registration and Account

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account.

You must verify your email address to complete the registration process and access our services.

3. Swim Camp Services

Tina's Swim Camp provides swimming instruction and related services. All participants must complete required waivers and provide accurate medical information.

Registration fees are non-refundable unless specifically stated otherwise or required by law.

4. Safety and Liability

Swimming activities involve inherent risks. By registering for our services, you acknowledge these risks and agree to our liability limitations as outlined in our separate waiver agreements.

5. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of our services.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
